Mobile Platform: Mobile Stocking

The Stocking application provides:

• Proactive, real-time replenishment: stocking assignments for inventory in flow racks and static shelving is based on current demand for the individual SKUs and orders waiting to be processed. If the inventory is in the facility, this functionality eliminates shorts and outages at the pick face.
• Stocker flexibility: stockers can work on both manual replenishments and suggested and immediate stocking assignments. Stockers can perform manual replenishments at any time based on their own criteria. Suggested replenishment assignments are based on queued incoming orders. Suggested assignments that are not filled in time are escalated to immediate work assignments.
• Prioritized work assignments: guarantees the most critical stocking is performed first.
• Distributed outs filling assignments: out filling can be assigned to one or many stockers as they occur, minimizing labor costs and delays.
• Additional work assignment support: stockers can perform additional functionality including cycle counting.
• Productivity reports: stockers are tracked and measured by cases moved, weight, location visits, assignments by type, and outs in their area.
