Jean Bélanger is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Reddwerks. As such, he establishes overall company goals, direction, and policy.

Jean has held many top-tier positions during his thirty years in the technology industry, including the following:

  • VP of Business Development – Motorola SPS, Austin
  • Chairman and CEO – Metrowerks, Austin
  • President and CEO – Micro Tempus Corporation, Montreal
  • Founder and President – Mount Royal Capital, Montreal
  • VP of Corporate Finance – Wood Gundy, Toronto

He has been recognized with numerous awards within the technology and business communities:

  • He won a World Class Outstanding Achievement Award in 1997.
  • Metrowerks CodeWarrior won Software Product of the Year in 1994 over 3,500 other applications.
  • He was finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur-of-the-Year Award-Austin in 1996.

Jean holds an MS in Finance from the London School of Economics. He is also a Chartered Accountant in Canada, and he has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa.

As Vice President of Software, Francisco is responsible for the development of all Reddwerks software, from firmware to the user interface.

Francisco has 20 years of experience with software engineering. Prior to joining Reddwerks, he occupied the following positions:

  • Chief Architect and VP Engineering – Davincian Technologies, Austin
  • Senior Software Engineer – Preceptant
  • Lead Product Architect – Vitalz
  • Technical Consultant/ Developer – Daman Consulting, Austin

Francisco holds the following academic and professional distinctions:

  • He has an MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
  • He has taught and lectured extensively in the field of Computer Science, both in the US. and his native Guatemala.
  • He developed Coco/R for C++, a public domain compiler generator tool.

In his role as SVP of Product, Bryan oversees the areas that directly impact designing, building, supporting, and marketing our innovative hardware and software products. Bryan brings twenty years of experience in enterprise software development, hardware design and engineering, product management, project delivery and support to Reddwerks. In addition, he has extensive experience with enterprise analytics, data marts, and corporate reporting.

Prior to joining Reddwerks, Bryan held the following positions:

  • Analytics & Data Warehouse Consultant – Callidus Software, San Jose
  • Vice President of Engineering –– Phiware, Austin
  • Director of Engineering – eLoyalty, Austin
  • Senior Program Manager – Trilogy Enterprises Inc., Austin
  • Data & Systems Architect – HotData Inc., Austin

He holds the following academic and professional distinctions:

  • He has a BS in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Math and emphasis in Robotics from California State University.
  • His analytics work includes a patent for designing a dynamic date-effective OLAP reporting engine for supply chain planning and manufacturing applications.
  • He has lead over 20 enterprise products from concept to delivery in Fortune 500 companies.

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Mike is responsible for Reddwerks’ sales organization, as well as our Customer Support and Business Consulting groups.

Mike has over 25 years of successful sales and executive management experience in the enterprise software industry, with specific emphasis on supply chain management for retail, manufacturing and distribution companies. In addition, he spent 10 years in the enterprise mobile and wireless industry as a senior field executive.

Prior to joining Reddwerks, Mike held the following positions:

  • Senior Vice President, Distribution and Supply Chain – Infor Global Solutions
  • Vice President, Americas for Supply Chain – SSA Global Technologies
  • Vice President, Strategic Sales – Symbol Technologies
  • General Manager, Manufacturing Business Unit – MAI Basic Four
  • Industry Marketing Manager, Manufacturing – Burroughs Corporation

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and is a former professional baseball player in the San Francisco Giants organization.

As Vice President National Accounts, Heather is responsible for Reddwerks' direct sales of national accounts. She brings to Reddwerks more than nine years' experience in IT sales and service, with a focus on enterprise software applications in the retail, online, and manufacturing markets.

Prior to joining Reddwerks in 2007, Heather served as Vice President of Solution Sales and Vice President of Global Retail Services for Edgenet. In these roles, she had the following responsibilities:

  • New business development
  • Pre-sales
  • Solution consulting
  • Engagement management
  • Inside sales in the US and Europe
  • Customer base management, including several Fortune 50 companies

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Middle Tennessee State University.

In his role as Vice President of Operations and CFO, Trey oversees business operations such as procurement, develops Reddwerks' financial plan, and oversees all financial matters. In addition, he provides internal and external financial reports, budgeting projections, and earnings forecasts.

Before joining Reddwerks, Trey was most recently with Freescale Semiconductor, a multi-billion dollar provider of semiconductors for the transportation, networking, and wireless markets. During his tenure at Freescale, Trey served as CFO for the $2.6B Transportation and Standard Products segment of the business and subsequently as the corporation’s Chief Audit Officer. Prior to Freescale, Trey was Controller and later VP Finance at Metrowerks, a global provider of software development tools, and also was in audit at PriceWaterhouse. He has been responsible for:

  • Blending business finance and audit backgrounds to lead the financial side of global operations
  • Various investments, merger and acquisition activity, profit improvement, and working capital improvement
  • Long- and short-term forecasting and analysis of numerous aspects of business
  • Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of an organization’s risk management, controls, governance, and SOX compliance processes

Trey is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts (Plan II) from the University of Texas at Austin.

In her role as Vice President of Professional Services, Laura oversees the successful fulfillment of all customer contracts. She draws on 12 years of project management, change management, and contract administration experience in assisting customers through the install and go-live process. Before joining Reddwerks, Laura was the Vice President of Client Services at Systems and Software, Inc. Her responsibilities there included the following:

  • Process Engineering
  • Account Management
  • Contract Administration
  • Change Management
  • Customer Advocacy

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Butler University.

As Vice President Sales, Mike is responsible for Reddwerks' direct sales of national accounts. He has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and material handling. Prior to joining Reddwerks, Mike helped the following senior management positions:

  • Vice President, Supply Chain Management - Transentric
  • Senior Vice President - FKI Logistex
  • Senior Vice President/ President - Alvey Systems

Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science from Northern Kentucky University.
